I just want to welcome you to this page, Heartbeat of Bergen. I'm gonna start with a little presentation of this blog and it's purpose. I want to show you guys the heartbeat of Bergen. I've lived here my whole life, soon to be 19 years, and I want to show people what a great city Bergen is. It's pretty small, it rains a lot and it's located in Norway. I know that this doesn't sound very tempting - but you don't know what you're missing out on!

I sent an application to Spotted by Locals because I wanted to write about my city. Obviously "they were not ready for further expansion to Bergen". I guess that's fair - you can't compare this city with London, Istanbul or Paris. But this does not stop me from making a blog about things to do when visiting Bergen.

If you're thinking about it, do it! You will not regret. Just follow my simple guidelines and tips and you will have a great time!
